"Let's Meditate" is a very nice place to do Yoga and Meditation. I felt the trainer is having very good experience in Yoga and Meditation. I have met few guys over there who are doing mediation since some time and they shared their experiences with me. They told me for a beginner like me it's strongly recommend to do meditation in group so that I can attain thought-less stage quickly. I will strongly recommend anyone who want to start doing yoga/meditation please contact them and join in the group.
